Applications of candidates who meet the following conditions are evaluated:
- Foreign national candidates,
- Candidates who have been granted permission to renounce their Turkish citizenship by
the Ministry of Interior even though they are Turkish citizens by birth, and those who
have a Document on the Exercise of Recognized Rights from their minor children who are registered in
their Turkish citizenship renunciation document, - Those who obtained Turkish citizenship while being a foreign citizen or dual-national
