Language Proficiency Requirements
– Turkish: Students must prove proficiency through exams like YĂ–TĂ–M or accredited institutions. Level A is sufficient to begin studies, Level B requires improvement during studies, and Level C requires a year of Turkish language learning before starting the program.
– English: Students in programs with compulsory foreign language preparatory classes must present proficiency test results (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) or pass the university’s English proficiency exam.

Full Requirements
Eligible applicants must be in their final year of high school or graduated. The requirements are:
1) Foreign nationals.
2) Turkish citizens who relinquished citizenship with Ministry of Interior approval and meet Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901.
3) Individuals who acquired Turkish citizenship after holding foreign nationality (dual citizenship).
4) a) Graduates before 01/02/2013 who completed high school abroad (excluding TRNC).
b) Post-01/02/2013 high school graduates who studied abroad, including at Turkish Ministry-approved schools, excluding TRNC.
5) TRNC citizens with GCE AL results or those enrolled abroad between 2005-2010, achieving GCE AL results.

Applicants must submit the following documents via our platform for university applications. If the documents are not in Turkish, they must include authentic Turkish translations alongside the originals:
– Online application form
– Exam/diploma result certificates as stated in application requirements
– High school diploma (notarial or consular certified copy in English or Turkish for high school graduates)
– YĂ–S exam result document or certified copy of the required exam/diploma result, as listed in the application conditions
– Official transcript showing courses and grades, certified by the High School Directorate
– Passport copy showing the page with photo and identification details
– Four passport-sized photos
– Pre-registration fee receipt
Additional documents may be required due to amendments by the Council of Higher Education. Any irregular submissions will result in the cancellation of admission, even after acceptance or enrollment.
All application documents should be uploaded through our website. Original transcripts are mandatory, while other documents may be submitted as copies. Documents are archived and not returned. Only applicants with official transcripts will be considered for evaluation.
Applicants are assessed by the university’s Student Admissions Committee within the timelines specified in the academic calendar. Meeting application conditions does not guarantee admission. Pre-application results are announced via email and the university’s web page. Accepted candidates will receive an “Acceptance Letter” for study visa procedures, which can be obtained from the Turkish consulate in their country.

To complete registration, accepted candidates must visit the Student Affairs Department in person within the university’s specified dates. The following original documents, along with their translations if not in Turkish, must be submitted:
– Official exam results (e.g., SAT, YĂ–S, International Baccalaureate, GCE) certified by the Turkish Embassy/Consulate or Higher Education Council.
– High school diploma or temporary graduation certificate.
– Equivalence Document issued by the Ministry of National Education for foreign high school diplomas.
– Study visa from the Turkish Consulate.
– Two passport-sized photos (4.5 x 6 cm).
– Proof of tuition fee payment.
