🚀 Phase 1: Core Platform Development
Timeline: Sozo expects the project can be finalized in 3 months. However, the final timeline will be framed after the developers’ opinion.
Complete development of the core platform including all five service directories, key features (ATS, Payments, etc.), and the admin panel, allowing for comprehensive testing and refinement.
Goals: Performance, SEO, UX, Security, scalability
Ensure the platform achieves ‘A’ level performance for speed and is engineered for superior Search Engine Optimization from launch.
Beyond that, the platform must be secure, scalable for future growth, offer an excellent user experience (UX) and accessibility, be maintainable (with future-proof code), and include robust analytics for data-driven insights.
✨ Phase 2: Mobile Apps + AI Agent & the Future
Our preferred developing team will execute both phases to maintain architectural consistency and institutional knowledge. So phase 2 can be addressed either either concurrently with or after completion of phase 1 of the project.
