    Application Steps for University Admission in Poland:

    1. Choose Program & school, then Submit Documents.

    2. Payment and Agreement:

       – Pay the service fee and sign an agreement.

    3. Online Exam or Interview:

       –  Pass an online exam or interview with the university (when required,).

    4. Receive Acceptance Letter and Pre-Enrollment Certificate:

    Here’s a concise summary of the information about Poland’s Type D student visa:

    • Type D Visa (National Student Visa):
      • Validity: Up to one year.
      • Multiple Entry: Allows unlimited entries and exits from the Schengen zone.
      • Travel: You can freely travel within all 29 Schengen states, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
      • Work: You can work only in Poland with your Poland student visa.
      • Temporary Residence Permit (TRC): Apply for a TRC once you arrive in Poland to stay longer.
      • Important Note: If you fail to apply for a residence permit, you’ll need to return to your home country before your visa expires and apply for another visa from the Embassy of Poland.

        3. scholarship funding confirmation.

      • Additionally, submit bank statements for the past three months. If the documents pertain to a sponsor, include a sponsorship letter confirmed by a notary (or “Declaration of Consent” – “welena masrega” for Ethiopia) and proof of the relationship with the sponsor.

      • Financial documents must not be older than 3 months.

    8. A proof of accommodation for the whole duration of the intended stay in Poland.

      • “Zaświadczenie” Polish-language document that you received from your university.
      • Proof of tuition fee payment, either from the school or from a bank.
      • School leaving certificates confirming that you are eligible to study at under/postgraduate level or
      • Proof of academic degrees confirming you are eligible to study at postgraduate level.
      • Documents should be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia. Originals and copies.
    10. A booking proof – flight reservation with dates and flight numbers specifying entry to Poland. The ticket should be bought only after the visa has been issued.

    3. Earnings:

      • On average, students can earn between €2.70 to €4.50 per hour or more, depending on the industry and skill requirements.
      • As of January 2023, the minimum wage in Poland is €5.12 per hour or €783 per month.
